Trading Secrets

We don’t really like to think of ourselves as a business here at Matse HQ, as there’s definitely no 3 piece suits or briefcases. Our main goal since the beginning, has always be to provide the right Matse for each individual customer and now, thanks to all the changes we’ve made, we can also offer in larger quantities. This means that if you own multiple properties, whether they be buy to lets or holiday lets, the Matse is now ready and waiting to make the most of your unused space.
One of the best things about the Matse is the range of adaptability options available. This means that if you want to buy for multiple properties, that also have difficult proportions then we can accommodate.
We’ve identified several commercial areas where we feel a Matse would be a more convenient option, than a standard sofa or bed, these include making the most of non bedroom space in holiday lets, as an extra bed in family hotels/B&B’s, student accommodation and studio properties that are tight on square footage.
Essentially, a Matse can provide the highest level of comfort whilst simultaneously saving space, especially in studio properties where a full sized bed will take up the vast majority of the room.
By installing a Matse, you allow yourself maximum floor space during the day (while the Matse is in the sofa position) whilst enjoying the luxury and unrivaled comfort of a full size and depth mattress at night.
We’ve all experienced that classic sofa bed sag, where, no matter what you do, rolling into the middle of the bed is inevitable and waking up in a bad mood is the only way you’ll start your day. No one wants to spend their precious 8hrs on a mattress with the equivalent depth of a un-risen sponge.
Using the Matse in a commercial setting is not only practical, but means tenants and guests alike, will be happier with their accommodation which ultimately reflects well on either you as the landlord or as the proprietor of a hotel/B&B.
We also believe a Matse could provide a better option for councils to use within social and emergency housing. Providing comfortable and well equipped properties for those in need is often an ideal most councils ascribe to, but can’t put into practice, with a Matse this ideology can now become a reality.
Currently the Matse is available in a variety of sizes, (3”, 4’6”, 5”) and comes with a 240mm deep Sealy mattress. The Matse now also includes a bedding storage compartment behind the bed head, and removable arms.
We are always in the process of adjusting and tweaking the design of the Matse, and feel that these latest changes have elevated the Matse to a whole new level of practicality. The BEST thing about the Matse, bar it’s practicality is its adaptability. The posibilities are endless meaning we can offer bespoke sizing depending on the space you have available and multiple fabric options to suit any decor.
If you wish to discuss a bespoke specification further then you can find all our contact details here: http://www.matse.co.uk/how-it-works#contact
Installing a Matse is easy and can be done in the same way you’d tackle any DIY project. We do however offer an installation service that is based on location. We have also provided handy hints and tips on our website for construction professionals, who you may have employed to oversee a project.
Ultimately we created the Matse because we literally wanted to fill a hole in the market! There is so much unused space in most homes and it seems a shame to waste it.
Making the most of the space you have, be it commercial or personal, means purchasing a Matse is not only practical but can also be fiscally rewarding too, due to the all the added sleeping and seating space it provides.
If you’d like to find out more, then please email, phone, tweet or Facebook message us, we are always more than happy to answer any questions you may have, no matter how big or small.
