Trade Talk

We don’t really like to think of ourselves as a business here at Matse HQ, as there’s definitely no 3 piece suits or briefcases, but whilst our main goal will always be to provide the right individual Matse for all of our home based customers we are also able to sell on a larger scale. One of the best things about the Matse is the range of adaptability options available, this means that if you want to buy for multiple properties, that have difficult proportions then we can accommodate. We’ve identified a few commercial areas where we feel a Matse would be a more convenient option. These include making the most of non bedroom space in holiday lets, extra beds in family hotel & B&B rooms, student accommodation and studio properties that are tight on floor space. Essentially in any of these scenarios a Matse provides the best comfort and space saving option, especially in studio properties where often a full sized bed takes up the vast majority of the room. By installing a Matse in to any one of these situations, you can allow yourself maximum floor space during the day (whilst the Matse is in the sofa position) and still enjoy the luxury of a full sized & depth mattress at night. We’ve all experienced that classic sofa bed sag, where you constantly roll into the middle of the bed and wake up in a bad mood, after having spent your precious 8hrs on a mattress with the equivalent depth of a un-risen sponge cake. Using the Matse in a commercial setting is not only practical, but means that tenants and guests alike will be happier with their accommodation which ultimately reflects well on either you as the landlord or as the proprietor of a hotel/B&B. We also believe that a Matse could provide a better option for councils to use within the social housing and emergency accommodation sector. Providing comfortable and well equipt properties for those in need is often an ideal most councils ascribe to, but can’t put into practice. With a Matse we feel that this ideology can now become a reality. Currently the Matse is available in 4 sizes, 3”, 4’6”, 5” or 6” and comes with a 240mm deep Sealy mattress. However we are currently in the process of adjusting and tweaking the design of the Matse, as we are constantly adapting to bring you the best product we can, is also possible for us to provide bespoke sizing depending on the space you’d like to fill. If you wish to discuss a bespoke specification further then you can find all our contact details here: http://www.matse.co.uk/how-it-works#contact Installation is easy and can be done in the same way you would tackle any DIY project, however we do offer installation based on location and also have handy hints and tips for construction professionals, who you may have employed to oversee a project. Ultimately we created the Matse because we literally wanted to fill a hole in the market! There is so much unused space within homes that it seems a shame to waste it. Making the most of the commercial space you have and by purchasing a Matse it’s is not only a practical option but can also be fiscally rewarding as well, due to the added sleeping and seating space it provides. If you’d like to find out more, then please email, phone, tweet or Facebook message us, we are always more than happy to answer any questions you may have, big or small. Alternatively you can see how the Matse works for yourself by heading to: http://www.matse.co.uk/how-it-works and checking our our animations, if that peaks your interest then you can also find a real live Matse inside The National Self Build & Renovation Centre at Stand 100 (http://www.nsbrc.co.uk). All that’s left for us to say is thanks for reading and happy Christmas shopping, Ps, we’re really close to being ready to open our very first Matse Showroom!! This will be located in Chudleigh, Devon. If you’d like to come along to the opening or be notified when our doors open, then drop us a line and we’ll keep you posted.
